1. Customer Agrees to pay $120.00 for each system to be covered by this 1 year PM Program. (3 visits a year at 20% off regular rates. All service preformed outside of said visits will be preformed at extra cost See condition 4)
2. Required repairs will be provided during normal working hours 8:00AM to 4:00PM. (See Condition 4 unless otherwise stated by a representative of Gaudet Electric)
3. All parts to be replaced are at an extra cost. Customer will be informed before hand of the cost of repairs before they are made. Customer will be charged for Parts only if parts are replaced during PM inspection. (**unless Part is covered by warranty)
4. As an Agreement Holder, you will receive PRIORITY ARRIVAL TIMES over call-in customers, and will receive a 5% discount on Labor costs (Overtime hours and callouts preformed outside of regular PM inspections).
5. 30 day warranty on parts and Labor.
6. This agreement shall not automatically renew from year to year. Customer will be given a chance to renew at the end of the contract period.
7. Because business conditions may change, Gaudet Electric reserves the right to increase its prices for any renewal year, but will provide notice of any such price increase upon renewal of contract.
8. Gaudet Electric reserves the right to cancel agreement without refund for any reason deemed fit including but not limited to verbal or physical abuse of technician, non-payment of parts etc.
